Ms. Gesimondo
decorated our Chelsea apartment so successfully that we would heartily recommend her to anyone seeking a creative designer
who is a pleasure to work with. She not only transformed our apartment but made new lifelong friends in my husband
and me.
Our apartment - which was a mess - has been transformed in just the past year. It not only looks worlds
better but it has actually improved our life style. We can now do more entertaining, more reading and more work at home.
Yet during the whole process Ms. Gesimondo never seemed to be pushing her views on us. The year went so smoothly
that we almost felt that all of the ideas were our own! One of her most delightful skills is in negotiating with me and
my husband (imagine three people sitting around a table who start out agreeing on essentially nothing).
I'm pleased
to say that we never had any headaches that are supposed to accompany all New York jobs. All the work was done on schedule
and within budget. Ms. Gesimondo works with a crew of consumate professionals (draper, carpenter, painter, electrician,
lighting consultant, installers) who arrive on time, do beautiful work, bill the agreed-upon amount and leave quietly and

We hired Nancy to give us an intial design consultation. She listened
to our dilemas and quickly sized things up. Her ideas helped us see the potential we hoped to achieve so we hired her
redecorate our apartment. Nancy helped us arrange the furniture in a way we had not thought of but it totally transformed
our living space. We really appreciated her attention to detail in regard to the apartment's inherent architectural details
and natural lighting. We found the scaled layout very helpful to visualize how the size of the furniture fit in the
room. She helped us choose the right furniture and beautiful lighing, as well as paint colors for the entire space. Her fees

I hired Nancy to refurbish and decorate my loft in Tribeca. She took control of the project from start to finish, starting
by creating computer generated layouts. She took me shopping for the right furniture and accessories always being mindful

We moved into a stark white condo and really
wanted to warm it up and turn it into a home. With the cost of renovating so high, we really didn't want to make the wrong
choices. So, we consulted Nancy - what a difference she made! Nancy met with us and in no time she had selected a color and lighting scheme such
that each room would flow beautifully into the next. She also recommended a series of small, cost-effective tweaks
to the bathrooms and kitchen that would make them feel custom-designed without breaking the bank. Nancy drafted everything
for us so that we could visualize our choices and get comfortable with them before purchasing materials or negotiating
